Shipping

Yes.

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse whenever inventory is available.

We have established four warehouses in different regions of the United States and will arrange delivery from the location nearest to your address.

  • We will process, pack, and ship your order within two business days.
  • Shipping takes 3–5 business days.

No, we do not support shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Haiti, Puerto Rico, or military bases; delivery to these areas is not available.

  • Once your order has shipped, the system will send an email containing tracking information. You can check the status of your package on the carrier's official website.
  • If you are unable to track the package, please contact us, and we will reach out to the carrier to check its latest status for you.

Most bikes arrive approximately 85–90% assembled.
